By accessing the Site, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat the order as cancelled. 5. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or problems identified by our fraud-prevention systems. A contract for the sale of a product is formed only when we dispatch the product to you. If we cancel an order after you have already been charged, we will issue a refund for the cancelled items.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions, and by submitting your payment information you authorise us and our processors to charge the applicable amount. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We operate a dropshipping model, which means that products are shipped to you directly from our suppliers and fulfilment partners, who may be located internationally. As a result, delivery times can be longer than for domestically stocked goods, and orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Estimated processing and delivery times, shipping methods, customs and duties, and related matters are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations, and forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.
