Warranty
At timefortime, we stand behind the quality of every watch we sell. That's why each timepiece is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, giving you confidence in your purchase.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including faults with the movement (timekeeping mechanism) and defects in the case, dial, or hands that are present through no fault of the wearer. If your watch develops a covered fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund, at no cost to you.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches to the case or glass, damage caused by accident, misuse, dropping, or improper handling, water damage where the watch has been used beyond its stated water-resistance rating, batteries and straps as consumable parts subject to ordinary wear, or any unauthorised repair, modification, or tampering. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and can diminish over time; we recommend against wearing any watch in water unless its rating clearly permits it.
How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your watch has a covered defect, email us at timefortime.store@gmail.com within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video showing the problem. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving instructions.
Faulty on arrival
If your watch arrives faulty, damaged, or not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a prompt replacement or refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described. Where local law grants you greater protection, those rights apply.
