This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product, request a refund, or arrange an exchange, and what to expect throughout the process. It applies to purchases made at https://www.timefortime.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be excluded by law.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that are requested after the return window has closed.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at timefortime.store@gmail.com with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Please do not send any item back to us before contacting us and receiving return authorisation and instructions; returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused or may significantly delay your refund. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and the steps to follow. The return address may differ from the address your order was shipped from, so please wait for our instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. If you receive a refund, the original outbound shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We inspect and quality-check products before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at timefortime.store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. You will not be asked to pay for return shipping where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund for reasons of hygiene, safety, or their nature. These typically include: items marked as final sale or clearance; gift cards; personalised or custom-made products; intimate or sanitary goods, cosmetics, and earrings once opened or used; perishable goods; and downloadable or digital products. If you are unsure whether a particular item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing or before initiating a return.

6. Refunds and Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our side after approval. After we process the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account, depending on their processing times, which are outside our control. We will always confirm by email when a refund has been issued.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply where an item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged through no fault of ours, is missing parts or packaging, or is returned after the return window for reasons within your control. We will explain the reason for any partial refund before processing it.

8. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item (once your return is authorised and accepted) and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you receive the item you want as quickly as possible without waiting for an exchange to be processed. If you have received a defective or incorrect item and would like a direct replacement of the same product, please let us know and we will arrange this for you.

9. Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at timefortime.store@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it. Because orders are sent for processing and dispatch quickly, we can usually only amend or cancel an order before it has entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process will apply once you receive the item. If you cancel an eligible order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund.

10. Refusal of Delivery and Unclaimed Parcels

If you refuse delivery of an order or fail to collect it within the carrier's holding period without arranging a return through us, the parcel may be returned to the supplier or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return or restocking charges incurred, and orders that are destroyed in transit by the carrier may not be refundable.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the timeframe described above, we recommend that you first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at timefortime.store@gmail.com and we will follow up promptly.

12. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge or your order, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks and to provide our payment processor with relevant order and delivery information in response to a dispute.

13. Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws in your country of residence, including any statutory rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Where mandatory local consumer law grants you greater rights than those set out here, those rights prevail.
