Track Your Order

We know the wait for a new watch is part of the excitement — here's how to keep an eye on your order every step of the way.

Your tracking number

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout, containing your tracking number and a link to track it. If you have an account, you can also find tracking details in your order history.

When tracking goes live

Please allow a few business days after dispatch for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. It's completely normal for tracking to show little movement during international transit or while a parcel is clearing customs — this does not mean anything is wrong.

Orders with more than one parcel

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and you may receive more than one tracking number. Items can arrive on different days, so if one parcel has arrived, the rest may still be on the way.

Haven't received your tracking email?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it after your order has had time to process (5-7 business days), email us at timefortime.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend your tracking details.

Tracking hasn't updated, or says delivered but nothing arrived?

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at timefortime.store@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We'll always do our best to make it right.
