A small number are third-party branded items, which we sell as an independent reseller — we are not an official dealer, authorized distributor, or partner of any brand, and any brand names shown are used only to identify the genuine item you're purchasing. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Many carry ratings (listed per product) that handle splashes, rain, and handwashing. Unless a model says swim-proof, avoid swimming, showering, and hot water.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use the Track Your Order page with your order number to see the latest status.

We ship across India, processed typically in 7–12 business days with tracking once dispatched. Final timelines and any charges are shown at checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo for a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Most watches last several days per charge and recharge in about 2 hours via the included magnetic cable. Quartz watches use a replaceable battery; automatic mechanicals need none.
