How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, after which the estimated delivery time is approximately 14-40 business days, depending on your location. The total time is the processing time plus the shipping time. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date you ordered. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Why might my order arrive in more than one package?
We work with a network of trusted suppliers, so if your order contains several items they may ship from different locations and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. If part of your order has arrived but not all of it, please allow a little more time before getting in touch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take a few business days for tracking to become active after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs office, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to calculate them in advance.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
Are your watches covered by a warranty?
Yes — every watch is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for what's covered and how to make a claim.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at timefortime.store@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order hasn't yet entered processing or shipping. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, and the standard return process applies.
